表面熱處理
通過對鋼件表面的加熱、冷卻而改變表層力學性能的金屬熱處理工藝。表面淬火是表面熱處理的主要內容，其目的是獲得高硬度的表面層和有利的內應力分布，以提高工件的耐磨性能和抗疲勞性能。
對工件表面進行強化的金屬熱處理工藝。它不改變零件心部的組織和性能 。廣泛用于既要求表層具有高的耐磨性、抗疲勞強度和較大的沖擊載荷，又要求整體具有良好的塑性和韌性的零件，如曲軸、凸輪軸、傳動齒輪等。表面熱處理分為表面淬火和化學熱處理兩大類。
Surface heat treamtne is by heating the surface of the steel, cooling and changing the surface mechanical properties of meta heat treatment process. Surface hardening is the main content of the surface heat treatment.Its objective is to obtain a high hardness of the surface layer and favorable stress distribution, in order to improve the wear resistance and fatigue properties of the workpiece.
It is metal heat treatment process,to enhance work piece surface. It does not change the organization and performance of the work piece heart section.. It is widely used in work pices , both surface requires a high wear resistance, fatigue strength and a larger impact load, but also requires a whole has good ductility and toughness, such as crankshafts, camshafts, transmission gears.
Surface heat treatment is divided into two categories: surface hardening and chemical treatment
